Linda Jones appeals from the trial court's judgment terminating her parental rights to her sons, W___and J___P___Jones. Although the judgment terminated the parental rights of both Mrs. Jones and her husband, Bruce Jones, Mr. Jones failed to perfect his appeal. Therefore, Mr. Jones is not a party to this appeal.
