Fred Jenson (plaintiff) appeals from judgments in favor of Kenneth I. Mullen, Consulting Engineers, Inc. (Mullen) and C & S Sewers Systems (C & S Sewers; collectively, defendants) after defendants' motions for summary judgment were granted.

We reverse the judgments.
