Before the Court is Assignee, Doyle Equipment Company's ("Doyle") Complaint for Judgment against Erickson of Johnstown, Inc. ("Erickson") and Joseph Colavecchi, Esq. ("Colavecchi") counsel to the Assignor, Robert T. Noel Coal, Inc. ("Noel").
