Donald Gilbert was employed as a pest control technician by Harry J. Otterson, t/a Gettysburg Exterminating & Lawn Care Company. On August 12, 1977, Otterson borrowed two thousand ($2,000.00) dollars from Gilbert, giving as evidence of the indebtedness a promissory note payable within six (6) months after the termination of Gilbert's employment by Otterson. The note also provided for the payment of interest on unpaid principal at the rate of fifteen...
