This is an appeal of denial of post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. Supreme Court Rule 27.26. Movant was convicted of capital murder in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis and sentenced to death. The conviction was affirmed by the Missouri Supreme Court in State v. McDonald, 661 S.W.2d 497
