WILLIAMS, J.

Steven Lockhart brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when he lost control of his motorcycle at a railroad crossing. The only question is whether Lockhart's claims against Burlington Northern Railroad Company, the State of Washington and Snohomish County are barred by the 3-year statute of limitations. The trial court ruled that they were so barred; we agree.
