PATTERSON, Judge.

Appellant, Charles Risner, appeals from the summary denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. The basis of appellant's petition was as follows:

"Petitioner was in IGT Good Time earning status from 10-05-1982 until he was illegally terminated on 09-09-1985, which is 2 years 11 months 4 days. The respondent only gave petitioner 2 years 11 months 4 days good time for that period, but by law, was entitled to 5 years 10 months 8 days...
