PADGETT, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for refusal to submit a sobriety test (HRS § 286-155). We affirm.

Appellant's first contention is that there was a lack of probable cause for the officer to stop appellant's vehicle, ordering him out of the vehicle and to thereafter arrest him.
