Harry Woods appeals from a conviction of burglary as a party to the crime. Woods raises two issues on appeal. First, Woods argues that he was erroneously deprived of his right to counsel. Second, Woods argues that the trial court erred by failing to render a decision on a motion to suppress. We reject Woods' arguments and affirm the judgment.
