Plaintiff brought this action alleging that defendants had interpreted the terms of an ERISA-qualified pension plan in a manner that wrongfully denied him certain benefits owed under the plan. On cross motions for summary judgment, the district court ordered judgment for defendants on all counts, and plaintiff now appeals.
