Ordered that the judgment is modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing the minimum term of the sentence from 20 years to 15 years; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant admitted strangling her landlord in her apartment when he came to collect the rent. She claimed that she lost control when the landlord threatened to evict her and her small children because of her inability to pay the rent. We find no basis to disturb...
