Wendell Davis was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Howard County of armed robbery. He was sentenced to 20 years for robbery with a deadly weapon of Marvin Terry and 20 years for robbery with a deadly weapon of Barbara Harrison, to be served consecutive to each other and consecutive to sentences he was already serving, namely, 25 years without parole.
