Plaintiffs brought the above-entitled action seeking declaratory judgment that the defendant's treatment of plaintiffs' sleep and meal time as noncompensable hours of work, for purposes of calculating overtime, is in violation of plaintiffs' statutory entitlement to overtime as provided under § 7(k) of the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"). 29 U.S.C. § 207(k)....
