In this divorce case, the issue is whether the premarital agreement was correctly determined to be inequitable because the circumstances of the parties at the time of divorce were beyond the contemplation of the parties when making the agreement. Specifically, the trial court here found that the wife's early retirement from teaching was not part of a meeting of the minds when the parties executed their contract...
