This action was brought to disconnect certain property from the Village of Barrington Hills (Village) pursuant to section 7-3-6 of the Illinois Municipal Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 24, par. 7-3-6). The only question at issue in the trial court was whether the disconnection would unreasonably disrupt the Village's growth prospects and plan and zoning ordinances.
