STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Riverview Health Care appeals from the Industrial Board of Indiana's award in favor of Lilly M. Wright. We reverse.

FACTS

Lilly M. Wright was employed as a nurse's aid by Riverview Health Care Center, a nursing home in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Wright was scheduled to report to work at 3:00 P.M. on January 27, 1984. However, on the morning of that day Wright arrived at the Center to pick up her paycheck...
