("plaintiff") brought an action against Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Feifer ("defendants") to recover damages stemming from defendants' alleged refusal to pay for materials and services provided by plaintiff at defendants' home. Plaintiff also sought attorney fees, alleging that defendants are "being stubbornly litigious" and that defendants "dealt with the Plaintiff in bad faith...." Defendants denied the material allegations...
