Employer appeals the hearing officer's decision awarding disability benefits to claimant in a worker's compensation case. Claimant cross-appeals from the decision as well. Our first calendar notice proposed summary dismissal of employer's appeal on the ground that its notice of appeal had not been timely filed in this court.
