CARTER, Justice.

John Britten, executor of the estate of Lucy Britten, appeals from an order authorizing the conservator of Lucy Britten to make a payment of money from conservatorship funds after the death of the ward. The payment in question was made to one of the deceased ward's four children, Loretta Greiner.
