Before us is a Motion for a Preliminary Injunction by the Plaintiff-Debtor, a partnership operating the Broad Street Hospital and Medical Center in Philadelphia, and its three general partner-physicians, Dr. Raymond D. Silk, Nicholas A. Canuso, and Eugene Spitz, seeking to enjoin all parties who have sued the Debtor and/or the general partners individually from proceeding against any of these non-debtor partners...
