Appellants Jim and Shirley Manzo, joined later by intervenor-respondent Richard Bridgeman, brought this suit to forestall efforts by cross-appellant, Metro North State Bank, to collect from them the balance due on a note. The debt was that of a corporation, RBM, Inc., in which Jim Manzo and Bridgeman were stockholders, and was an obligation for which the Manzos and Bridgeman had assumed personal responsibility...
