This is a motion for a change of custody. The movant, Mr. McIntyre, sought to alter a five-year old divorce decree that awarded to Mrs. McIntyre the sole custody of their son, Ashton. He alleged a substantial change in circumstances to justify the change of custody and submitted a joint custody plan of implementation.
