FACTS

The issue before the Court is whether this Chapter 7 debtor's student loan debt should be discharged pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8)(B). The Debtor is a 51 year old divorced1 female with four children, one of whom lives at home with her full time and one of whom lives at home with her while on break from college.2
