A jury convicted appellant of aggravated robbery and the court assessed punishment at ninety-nine years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. The Fourth Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction upon finding that appellant was not entitled to have a copy of the transcription of his co-defendant's trial provided free of cost. McKibbon v.
