Cefice Jenkins was found guilty as charged of conspiracy to traffic in more than 28 grams of heroin in violation of sections 893.135 and 777.04, Florida Statutes. He was sentenced to the mandatory minimum 25-year term of imprisonment and fined $25,000. He brings his appeal challenging his judgment and sentence on the following bases: (1) The trial court erred in allowing into evidence heroin seized from a coconspirator which was not in any way connected...
