The City of Dover appeals from a Superior Court (Groff, J.) order, which would allow the plaintiff access to personnel information that the city provided to the State Commission for Human Rights (hereinafter State commission or commission) in the course of the commission's investigation of the plaintiff's employment discrimination complaint. For the reasons that follow, we dismiss the appeal.
