Diaz appeals his convictions and sentences for the offenses of trafficking in cocaine and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. The only issue raised by Diaz which has merit is whether his single act of possessing a firearm can be utilized twice in arriving at Diaz's sentences for the offenses.
