OPINION

GARCIA, Judge.

Fletcher R. Catron (Catron), personal representative, appeals from an order fixing his fee, attorney fees and costs. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for a new hearing.

This case comes before the court for decision after it was submitted to an advisory committee pursuant to an experimental plan. See Patterson v. Environmental Improvement Div., 105 N.M. 320,
