Defendant appeals from his convictions of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (DWI) (N.J.S.A. 39:4-50(a)(3)), and operating a motor vehicle during a period when his New Jersey license was suspended (N.J.S.A. 39:3-40). On the DWI conviction, he was sentenced as a third offender to perform 90 days of community service and to serve 90 days in the county jail...
