Not long after this case was filed in 1984, Nelson T. Hensley ("Hensley") was appointed the Chapter 11 Trustee. Not long after his initial involvement, he discovered that he needed help operating the Debtor's oil and gas properties, so he asked Woodson Wayne Hardin ("Hardin") to help him out.1
