This is an appeal from a judgment of the Vermont District Court revoking probation and imposing a previously suspended sentence of four to seven years imprisonment. Defendant argues that the probation department's one year delay in executing a warrant for his arrest for a probation violation denied him his rights to due process and prompt justice.
