Dion Christopher Summers, a juvenile, appeals from a disposition order finding him guilty of one count of second degree burglary. He contends that the trial court erred in (1) admitting evidence discovered during a search of his room, (2) admitting a statement he made subsequent to that search, (3) failing to inform him of his rights as required by CrR 3.5(b), and (4) failing to afford him a trial by jury....
