The plaintiff, Ruszcyk, a former municipal police officer who was injured while participating in training at the Massachusetts State Police Academy, Framingham, appeals from a judgment on a jury verdict in favor of the Commonwealth in his action brought in the Superior Court under G.L.c. 258 (Massachusetts Tort Claims Act).
