HOLMES, Judge.

This is a workmen's compensation case.

The trial court granted the employee's motion to set aside a workmen's compensation settlement which the trial court had previously approved and to which it had entered an order to that effect.

The employer appeals. We reverse and remand.

The dispositive issue on this appeal is whether the trial court erred by granting the employee's motion to set aside the settlement
