Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of two counts of felonious assault, MCL 750.82; MSA 28.177, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2), and carrying a concealed weapon (CCW), MCL 750.227; MSA 28.424. Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 2 to 4 years on the felonious assault convictions, 2 1/2 to 5 years on the CCW conviction, and the mandatory...
