Osby Alphonso Green, Jr. appeals the trial court's upward departure from the recommended guidelines sentences for three counts of armed robbery, one count of attempted robbery and one count of aggravated battery. The trial judge departed from the recommended guidelines sentence of seven to nine years and sentenced appellant instead to concurrent fifteen-year terms with three-year minimum mandatory sentences for use of a firearm on the three robbery...
