Jerry A. Landry and Elizabeth Hebert Landry brought an action in negligence under the Jones Act and for unseaworthiness under the General Maritime Law against John E. Graham and Sons, Inc., and its insurer, Midland Insurance Co. Landry seeks to be accorded seaman status under the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C.A. § 688.
