David Nearing sued Golden State Foods Corporation alleging racial discrimination in Golden State's employment practices. RCW 49.60.180. He now appeals a judgment on the pleadings dismissing the case because it was not commenced within the 3-year statute of limitations period. See Lewis v. Lockheed Shipbuilding & Constr. Co., 36 Wn.App. 607
