DRAUGHN, Justice.

Appellant was convicted in county criminal court of disorderly conduct by intentionally making unreasonable noise in a public place, a Class C misdemeanor, Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 42.01(a)(5) (Vernon Supp.1988). The jury assessed a fine of $150.00 and appellant, in three points of error, challenges the statute under which he was convicted as being unconstitutionally vague and overbroad.
