This appeal from the Eleventh Judicial District, in and for the County of Flathead, involves a custody dispute. Appellant, Robert B. Holston, Jr. (Robert), appeals the decision of the District Court, Roy C. Rodeghiero presiding, modifying a previously modified dissolution decree.
