This is an appeal from an order which sustained two motions for summary judgment filed by defendant-appellee, Gordon's Jewelry Co. of Texas, Inc., d/b/a Sweeney's Jewelers (Sweeney's Jewelers). One of these motions was based on limitations and was filed against plaintiff-appellant, Jose De La Luz Amaro Ramirez (Jose Ramirez). The other motion was filed against a second plaintiff, Carlos E.
