DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court recommending that PETER J. TOTH, of BURLINGTON, who was admitted to the Bar of this State in 1976, be publicly reprimanded, that respondent be subject to the supervision of a proctor, and further that respondent be required to attend meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous on a weekly basis for the period of the proctorship, and good cause appearing;
