DEITS, Judge.

In this mandamus proceeding, appellant sought to obtain the file which defendants1 had compiled as his attorneys when they represented him in a criminal proceeding. The trial court granted defendants' motion to dismiss the alternative writ of mandamus on the ground that ORS 9.360 provides appellant with an adequate legal remedy. We affirm.
