The plaintiff-appellant, Shirley M. Aucoin, sued Mc B R Management Company and its insurer, United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, (the defendants), for personal injuries sustained as a result of an accident between one of defendant's trucks and her car. The case was tried before a jury on October 22 and 23, 1986. The jury found the plaintiff to be 40% at fault and the defendants to be 60% at fault. It set plaintiff's damages at $36,000.00,...
