This case arises out of a contract dispute between the Native Village of Stevens (Stevens Village) and Alaska Management & Planning (AMP). A jury returned a verdict for AMP, finding that Stevens Village had breached the contract. On appeal, Stevens Village raises three grounds on which it believes the verdict should be set aside.
