This is a declaratory judgment action seeking a determination of whether the plaintiff, Illa Verne Haddox, has an option to purchase real property owned by the defendants, Roy and Evalyn Walker. The trial court entered summary judgment for the defendants, declaring that no option to purchase the described property exists between the parties.
