Appellant James Michael Vandermore moved to have the suit against him by respondent Julia Dunbar dismissed on the ground that the Circuit Court lacked jurisdiction over his person. The Court ruled that Mr. Vandermore had waived the right to question the jurisdiction of the Court over his person by having previously obtained an extension of time from Mrs. Dunbar.
