Appellant R. Brooks Reed (Tenant) appeals the trial court judgment in favor of appellees John R. and Juanita C. Ford (Owner). Tenant sued Owner seeking a refund of a $4,500.00 security deposit posted in connection with Tenant's lease of a house from Owner.
