PURTLE, Justice.

This is an appeal from the denial of post-conviction relief pursuant to A.R.Cr.P. Rule 37. For reversal the appellant contends that the trial court erred in finding that his guilty plea was voluntarily and intelligently made and in finding that the appellant was not denied the effective assistance of counsel. For the reasons stated below we affirm the ruling of the trial court.
