Appellant-third-party plaintiff, Hammond Square, a Louisiana joint venture composed of the Lassen Corporation and The Equitable Life Assurance Society of United States, appeals a judgment sustaining a declinatory exception of lack of in personam jurisdiction filed by third-party defendant, Josephine M. Driscoll, (Driscoll), in her capacity as Insurance Commissioner for the State of Oregon.

We affirm.
